What I do
Two kinds of client, one approach: I roll up my sleeves and we measure.
What I do most
Claude Code onboarding
I take your team from "we've heard this is good" to "we don't know how we worked before." Hands-on training, workflows we write together, support that doesn't end with the workshop.
What's in it
- CLI, IDE, and permissions for the whole team
- Custom slash commands
- Skills tailored to your stack
- Hooks: formatting, lint, tests, notifications
- MCP servers: Linear, GitHub, databases, whatever you use
- Subagents for exploration, review, and parallel work
- Agentic code-review patterns
- Rollout plan and adoption tracking
How we can work
Half-day workshop
Hands-on intro. We ship real slash commands and skills during the session.
Full day with pilot
Everything above plus a pilot: a subgroup leaves with workflows and a rollout plan.
Four-week engagement
Workshop plus weekly follow-through: pair-coding, PR reviews, metrics. Until the team runs on its own.
Who this is for
Software teams, any size. Best when you have a clear stack and someone who wants to champion this.
Sometimes I do this too
AI pilots for SMBs
For non-tech companies. No PowerPoint: one process where AI pays off, one real pilot you can evaluate.
1. Discovery
One week. I talk to people in the company and come back with pilot candidates ranked by impact and feasibility.
2. Pilot
Three to six weeks. We build the real thing, not a demo. We measure.
3. Scale
If it works, I help put it into production and train the people who'll use it. If not, I'll say so and we stop.
